Selected Video Tours in your portfolio or entire collections can be marked as private. What does this mean? It means your viewers will be required to submit & confirm their email before being allowed to view a video tour for a space or a collection of spaces that were marked as private. As soon as that happens, we will automatically register that viewer as a new Lead inside your Holofy CRM alongside its engagement analytics.


🤔 Why do I need this & Why should I care

Private Viewings and Private Collections are great ways to generate new Leads that you can engage with through verified email accounts. Although these options get on average less viewers, they do generate more qualified leads with a higher purchase intent than alternatives.



📲 Show and Tell


1. Private Viewings

After creating a Video Tour to pair with your website or publish across your marketing channels we now offer you the option to mark it as private. If you turn that feature on ( can be turned back off at any time ) if your viewers stumble upon this video tour they will be required to register with their email address to view it. Should they not want to do that, they can simply move on to the next space in your portfolio that does not have this feature enabled.




2. Private Collections

Located in the Campaigns Section ( read more about it here ), Private Collections consist of a curated list of Video Tours that can be shared as a direct link with a targeted group of prospects, and that are viewable ONLY after they register their emails.

ps. Private Collections links are NOT embeddable on your website, and should not be used on any 3rd party Marketplaces such as zoopla, rightmove etc.
